The all new 2024 Chevrolet Trax was introduced back in October with a brand-new designed that is significantly sportier and more noticeable than the previous generation. The new Trax will arrive on the market next year and bring with it a brand-new interior, new powertrain options, multiple versions, and an affordable starting price that will make this small SUV standout in its segment.  Here is everything you want to know about the all-new 2024 Chevrolet Trax.

5 Versions starting at $24,049

The new 2024 Chevrolet Trax will start a $24,049 when it goes on sale this spring. It will come with multiple versions including LS, 1RS, LT, 2RS, and ACTIV.  We don't have all of the details on the equipment offered and each one just yet, but we do know that the Trax will offer a lot more technology.

 The entry level models will have a standard 8 in center display while the larger 11 inch display will be offered on the top three trims.  This new infotainment system will feature Apple Carplay and Android auto, both of which are wireless. You also get a new wireless charging system for your phone and overall the interior of the Trax will be a lot more connected. You will be able to control various functions using voice commands and the infotainment system has been improved to offer better response and more features. Of course, the Trax will deliver everything we have come to expect from a Chevrolet vehicle in terms of safety and connectivity technology. We expect the latest generation of OnStar as well as features such as the Teen driver assist technology.

More interior space

The new 2024 Chevrolet Trax will be larger than the previous model. The overall length has increased by nearly 3 cm which means 76 extra millimetres of interior space inside. The overall wheelbase has increased by 152 mm which means extra cargo space as well. The new Trax will offer 725 L of total cargo space behind the rear seats and 1,532 of cargo space when you fold down the rear seats.

Under the hood, you get a very efficient engine with a lot of power

The new 2024 Chevrolet Trax will also feature a very efficient powertrain. The 3-cylinder turbo charged engine will provide 137 horsepower and 162 pound-feet of torque. Expect an average fuel consumption rating of under 7 L per 100 km for this engine despite the fact that it will offer more power than its competitors.
